S.E.M. Construction took lead to develop a piece of vacant land on Gainsborough Road in London into a 4 story mixed-use building. This building offers thirty-three contemporary residential apartments above 3 units of commercial space on the main floor. Each of the units offers bright spaces due to large windows, in-suit laundry, and a private balcony. The building also included amenity rooms for tenants such as a bike storage area, work-out room and locker room.
This project is an excellent testament to the capabilities of our in-house labour force. S.E.M. Construction was not only acting as a Construction Manager for this project, but our special projects division also did the concrete foundation work in house.
