S.E.M. Construction has completed this spectacular project in Grand Bend, Ontario. The Bend features two commercial storefronts, 14 luxury condo units and a rooftop deck with lake views in the heart of Main Street. This project required carefully coordinated building techniques due to the existing sandy soil conditions. A combination of grade beams and helical piles were used to support the pre-fabricated building structure above. Winter conditions all required some additional planning, but S.E.M. took care to make sure the work could continue, even during the winter months.
